Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read my T&C's listed below. They're here to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that both you (my client) and I are protected as well as on the same page. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Deposits & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are fully refundable or transferable if you cancel or reschedule at least 3 days before (72 hours) before your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will need to be made for further appointments.
- The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash, bank transfer or Via my booking app (found on my Instagram)
Lateness Policy
- I understand that things come up, but if you more than 15mins late, a late fee may apply or your appointment will need to be rescheduled depending on the timings/bookings of that day.
- If your appointment cannot go ahead due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited.
No Shows
- If you do not show up to your appointment, your future bookings will need to be paid in full instead of the 50% deposit.
Consultations
- New clients are required to have a consultation with me before there first appointment (this will need to be done in person).
- Regular clients are required to have a consultation with me before there appointment if they want to change their colour (this can be done online and in person).
Adjustments
- With every consultation it will be made clear what to expect form your results, I understand that due to no ones fault things can go wrong, if you are ever unhappy with a result, please contact me within 48hours of your appointment so we can discuss how to go further.
- If you are unhappy with the results of your hair, and you touch/alter your hair between talking to me and your next appointment, I will not be able to correct your hair free of charge.
Health & Safety
- If you have an allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that could effect your service, please tell me before the appointment/in the consultation.
- A skin test is required for all new clients who are going to receive colour.
- If you are pregnant, starting new medications or have not had your hair done within 6 months, a new skin test will need to be done.
Respect & Environment
- I aim to create a calm and professional environment for everyone.
- Please arrive alone to your appointment unless otherwise discussed/agreed.
Photos & Social Media
- I love sharing my work online, I may take photos or videos of your hair for my portfolio, some may include your face.
- If you would prefer not to have photos or videos taken, I respect your choice, please let me know.
